Hi all

Today was day 1 for me. Having spent the past 18 months on and off cd it seems so strange to include food in my diet.

Today I ate....

Breakfast
Nothing

Lunch
Jacket potato and beans

Dinner
Fillet steak and jacket potato
3/4 of a fresh tomato
2 mouthfuls of lettuce

Snack
6x ryvita wholegrain cracker bread (HEB)
6x laughing cow extra light triangles (HEA)
1x slice of smoked salmon
1x pink lady apple
1x banana

Total syns - 0

Thanks Emmaline - those pictures are actually from over a year ago when I did cd - so I'm about 2 and a 1/2 heavier than the first before pic - it devastates me to think about it as I vowed never to get this big again but iv done it once so I can do it again :)

Today was a funny old day, I've felt like ive snacked all day but had no proper meals... Oops!!

Breakfast
Pink lady apple (my fav and on 2 packs for £3 at tesco currently)
Banana
(I did have a satsuma and nectarine in my fruit bowl but my ds ate it!!)

Lunch
1 x Carrot raw (it was Manhoosive!!!)
2 and a half SW Thai Style Chicken Cakes (again my DS stole half - and nodded with great approval)
Spoonful of low fat cottage cheese with black pepper added

Dinner
SW turkey, broccoli and pasta gratin (1 1/2 Syn) - I made 8 portions of this yesterday and froze it - microwaved it today and it was lush!!

Snacks
1 x muller light - raspberry and cranberry
BLT sandwich with wholemeal bread (heb) and 1 tsp low fat spread (1syn)
5 laughing cow cheese extra light (hea) - ate these at he cinema whilst other half munched on a hot dog :)

Total Syns - 1.5 Syns

Hmmm... Feel like a big piggy today - I've eaten loads...

Breakfast
Bacon, fried egg (frylite), grilled tomato, baked beans, mushrooms (thousands of them lol)

Dinner
Rice (frozen rice - 1 syn but so worth it), a slice of ham chopped, soy sauce and yet more mushrooms
Muller light yogurt - strawberry yum!

Snacks
Pink lady apple
A handful of chips from ds at th football (I reckon about 4 syns)
A mouthful of banana - it had gone mushy :(
3 slices of ham

Dinner
SW Thai chicken and vegetable curry with Jasmine Rice (2.5 syns)
1 slice of wholemeal bread (1/2 heb)
Muller light yogurt - Cherry (again - yum!!)

Snacks
Mouthful of tuna (tomorrow's lunch so was just tasting it)
3 x wholegrain crisp bread (1/2 heb)
3 x laughing cow extra light
Pink lady apple (I'm obsessed!!)

Total Syns - 7.5

Been SOOO hungry think I'm coming up to my Star week as I've been craving chocolate and I never do that

I'm always so hungry after work - I need to break the habit of snacking her but I'm doing better - it use to be a pre packed sandwich on the way home or 2 bags of crisps!!!

Feeling low today - bad day at work has really made me feel bad. Normally I would come home and stuff my face but today I don't even have the energy for it, just want to curl up in bed and cry, think I may be coming up to my star week as I'm really craving chocolate

As if I couldn't feel any worse I had a sneaky weigh in and I've not lost anything, nothing... Not a lb!! Is my diet really that bad?? Its my first week and I feel so disheartened :(

God where to start with yesterday's food... It all went wrong, it became my totm which explained my feeling sorry for myself and I officially fell off the wagon

Mcdonalds - large fries, mctasty with bacon, cheesy bites with a diet coke - my saving grace :)

It was my first weigh in last night and I lost 4lb (before the mcdonalds) so onwards and upwards!!
