Strange feeling

S: 10st9lb C: 9st6lb G: 8st13lb BMI: 21.3 Loss: 1st3lb(11.41%)
Every morning i plan what i'm going to eat during the day (sometimes altering it a bit as the day goes on). But today i have really struggled to eat my 1200 calorie menu. I feel really full like i have majorly over-eaten, but of course i haven't. I also feel really bloated and my stomach is rumbling somewhat chronic. I've still got 200 calories to go tonight, but i really do not fancy them!

I've not had this problem before, is it common every now and then? I have been drinking a fair amount of water in the last few days which may be a factor, but not enough to be considered dangerous.

Any ideas? Should i try to eat those 200 calories?

Porridge and raisins 200
Yogurt 100
chocolate 100
scrambled egg whites, wholemeal, tomatoes 200
soup 150
coffee x 2 50
apple 50
tuna salad 150

maybe it was ur water intake, or maybe u did just have a off day. try to stick to ur cals. how have u been today?
