Strawberry Cheesecake

Crushed 2 light alpen bars (6 syns) for base, mixed quark with options wicked white (2 syns), added sweetner and vanilla essence & strawberrys.

I haven't tried quark yet, so hopefully i will like this later!

I made a baileys cheesecake using quark and it looked lovely. Me and hubby were so excited and it had took me ages to make. But it was not very nice at all, really bitter so not sure if that was the quark taste

I was going to try the same, but i just dont like the quark so will have to try something else x

Yeah I'm not too sure if I like it either because my 1/2 syn roulade came out looking beautiful but i'm not sure I liked the taste. Maybe i could use the alpens as a healthy extra b and get some philedelphia light and try it with that instead. xx
