Having a really bad day!

REALLY craving chocolate and cake!
even though I never really ate them before I started Low GI.

I've had an apple but I cant spot thinking about sugar!!!!
I'm sure its a natural reaction to withdrawal but I'm going mad!

Sorry this is late. I hope you got through it!! Its soooo hard. I find the first two weeks a killer. I have been off the the wagon and I have to get back on today. Been a bit naughty!!!

Thanks for your reply! good to know other people are in the same boat!

I was having my period too, so I dont thing that helped the chocolate and sugar cravings.
I'm doing ok now. had a day off on sunday and ate a few naughty things but I think I deserved it!

lost a total of 13 lbs now so I'm pretty pleased with that!

Oh well done you, 13lbs is very very good. Its hard Gi as you need to get the sugar out of your system but once you do its a piece of cake. I find it takes me about 2 weeks to rid myself of the urge to binge on sugar. I have pcos and reeks havoc with my sugar cravings.

I hope you are doing ok now and well done again. I am always on here looking around and I love gi!!
