Subway tomorrow

I'm off in town with my mum tomorrow and miss sitting down to lunch together so I was thinking of having a chicken breast salad bowl with cucumber, lettuce, green peppers and gherkins, I'm pretty sure the breast is 100g anyway as it's all pre measured but just a bit worried of the salad being over 200g and I'm not sure how much 200g looks like as I don't normally have the veg/salad.

Would I be kicked out of ketosis if I had more than 200g?
 
I think you might be ok as 200g is actually a good size. Im drooling at the thought. Hope you enjoy it.
 
I've done this before (minus the gherkin - yuk!) and I was fine. Enjoy!
 
Ooot good thinking, I forgot about subway doing salads, so does macdonalds and it's quite nice. I'm away to Scotland for three days next week but wanna eat healthy so I think I might get a salad instead of bread. X
 
You'll be fine with a subway salad. There's no way that they are 200g of veggies. Salad leaves are so light and take up so much space! Sounds like a good plan - enjoy!
