Success Express

Hi all, just a quick question.. how would you get 2/3 of super free at breakfast time? Lots of fruit? Couldn't you just have HEB for breakfast?!

How long do we try this plan for?

Can I also ask - by super free is it all syn free foods that are free on both red and green days.

e.g eggs, cottage cheese, quark etc

I always have a huge fruit salad with yogurt for breakfast!

Not things like eggs and yogurts with although are free both days are not superfree only fruit and veg that are free on red & green are superfree, so potatoes and peas are not superfree! HTH!
