    Id really appreciate if someone could check this out for me?

    Im planning on an SE day,

    Breakfast - fruit salad (banana, kiwi, melon, cherrys) 1 -hi fi lite

    Lunch - lettuce , cucumber, cherry toms, hexb Bread, chicken roll, 2 dairy lea light triangles.

    Dinner - chicken breast , broccoli, frozen veg, peppers mixed in tomatos

    snacks - pineapple, strawberries, grapes. 1 hi fi lite.

    hexA - milk in tea.
    - 2 dairy lea light triangles (lunch)

    hexB - 2xslices wholemeal bread (lunch)
    - 2 x hi fi lite bar.

    Does this seem ok?

    syns - snack a jacks, hot chocolate

    as long as your syn your syns on its highest value then it should be fine! Make sure only 1/3 of your plate is your free and syns too, the rest must be SF!

    yep, the syns are using the red syn value i believe? i know snack a jacks are 5.5 on all plans.

    On meats etc. go for your green value, for pasta/potatoes etc. go for your red value. Whatever is highest

    But your normal free meat/pasta/potato etc is still a free food you would only have to syn things you would normally syn (burgers etc) and then take the highest value? I think?

    Only when you're snacking. When you're having breakfast/lunch/dinner your 1/3 can be free foods as if you're in a extra easy day, however when snacking you need to snack on super free foods or syn the foods to it's highest value

    I've never done SE before but didnt realise that about the snacking - thanks for the info (in case I ever give it a go!!)
