SugarPlum (24st) to TinkerBell (12st)

Motivation is the name of the game and sometimes we need something physical (the weight of the kettlebell) to remind us just how well and how far we have already come. :D
Had mackerel on toast for lunch today for the 1st time and loved it can understand why you have it so often, I will be looking like a fish today as had ocean pie for tea made with salmon, mackerel and prawns now waiting for a little space to develop in the old tum before tucking into a big glass of eaton mess, yum yum !!!

Oooh thanks, only just spotted this now!! Couldn't find the 50% ones only 30% ones :( Picked up a packet of richmond thin ones and they're 3 syns each-still nice tho x

I have decided that I will get weighed this Sat but I do not intend to weigh myself the following Sat, as I will still be in the Lakes. If I weighed at a class it would be put as a holiday, so I am getting Hubby to lock away the scales!

I want to be able to enjoy my holiday without feeling really depressed if I have put weight on. This way, I will weigh in the following and week, were at worst I hope to STS or even better have a loss!!

Hope that makes sense... I seem to be rambling!!! LOL :ashamed0005:

Todays sign that I AM loosing weight....

I nearly lost my engagement ring!!!! :eek: Its quite loose on my finger now and gets dangerously loose when my hands are wet! :eek: :eek: :eek:

If I lost that, Mr Sugar would NOT be a happy man!!! LOL Its nice to feel it loose though, it used to be really tight!! :D

That's brilliant about your engagement ring being loose now but bad that you nearly lost it lol Must be great to be noticing changes already - none such luck for me yet :(

I think putting the WI down as a holiday is a very sensible idea. As you say you don't want to get home from a lovely break and then feel upset if you end up gaining a little. Enjoy your time away and get back on plan 100% when you get home, no peeking :) x

I am on hols next week, lakes from Wed. So I am going to be ultra good Sat till Wed! We also plan on going for long walks each day, so I am hoping that all the excercise will balance out the naughty treats whilst I am away!! :D

Still waiting for coat to arrive!! I hope it comes soon!!! :D
 
WI IN A DAY EARLY
*** 2LB LOST***

Yeah!!!! I weighed in a day early, as i am going out for a meal tonight and I wanted to be able to enjoy the start of my hols.

I am OVER THE MOON with the 2lb loss, as its my * week!!! :party0011::party0011::party0011:

My scales are officially being locked in the attic now!! I never venture up there for fear of getting my Boobs stuck in the small entrance!! :ashamed0005:

I dont want to keep jumping on them whilst I am on hols. I have made the decision I am not weighing, next Sat, as I will be in the lakes. I will have a holiday and weigh the following week.

I wont even know if I have put on from the Lakes but that will work better for me, I dont want to feel down if I have put on!

Two weeks with NO scales... SCARY!! But I know I will have lost when I come to weigh.

I am off next week but I intend hammering the excercise, in the hope it compensates for a couple of treats. Then the week I am back, I will be super good to ensure a loss! :D

I have set my Goal for London, I have not set a specific weight, I just want to be in the 20's. Which is achievable over 12 weeks! :D

It's the 15th November when I go. I intend to enjoy my week holiday, then I am going to be sooooo focused!!!!

I will be in the 20's for Nov & would Love to be in the teens for Christmas! :)

Lily and I have vowed to be in the teens for Christmas and I've just set myself another challenge-to run a 5mile road race on the 6th of November which is only about 9 weeks away x

What do you weigh at the moment? If you don't mind me asking? I may have set my goals to high.. Which wouldn't surprise me?! LOL

I could not imagine even being able to run a quarter of a mile at the moment! I really need to work on my fitness! It must be such a good feeling being able to run! :) xxx
