Actually that's a good point, I tend to drink very little maybe a couple of cans of coke a day and then whatever water I need at the gym.
Ill try and increase my water intake and see if that helps x

Flushes the system out and all that old rubbish lol x Plus Caffeine Drinks can dehydrate so you might find you need a little bit extra. X

Stayed the same this week.
Feeling a little disheartened as I was on plan this week as usual and even upped my exercise.
But hey ho, nothing I can do about it now.
Just gotta keep on it so I don't start gaining.
 
At least you didn't gain anything! Did you exercise the night before wi? Sometimes your muscles are a bit heavier after exercise
