Hi all,

I've decided to keep a food diary as my weight loss has slowed right down and i'm hoping that maybe by writing what i eat down it will help :)

Green Day:

Breakfast: Banana on 3 WW brown Danish bread (HEB)

Lunch: Cheese (HEA), Quorn, tomato and lettuce sandwich (HEB) (a Extra light Laughing cow triangle used as spread, Part HEA)

Dinner: SW quiche and a jacket potato with an extra light laughing cow triangle (Part HEA) and Salad

Snacks:
2 x Pears, Kiwi fruit, 2 x Oranges, Apple and Tea x 4 (Part HEA for Milk)

Syns:
Adsa Bannoffee Bar (4 syns)


Exercise: 10 mins on stepper and walking to and from Asda (30 mintues each way)

Homemade syn free Neopolitan Sauce and pasta

Homemade SW jelly sweets

Sounds good to me Kwise1! And i've never tried the Homemade SW jelly sweets are they nice?

They taste like jelly cubes , but are moreish. I have made the normal ones, fizzy ones and ones with yogurt. The yogurt ones are my faves.

You never told me what you wanted :p I only made that one for Sum as a joke because I keep calling her a smurf lol but she decided to use it, she isnt really blue you know lol

Let me know what you would like and I will make one for you or do you want to be blue too :D

I didn't tell you what I wanted because I don't know :confused: I was still thinking (and still am !). I will try and get my best thinking hat on though and have a think. Definitely think it will be something blue though (as a sign of respect to you smartie :p)

Awww, it doesnt have to be blue, I have thousands of colours :) Ummm pets, fav cartoon character? Are you a secret princess? Handbag/Shoe shopaholic? Something that makes you smile? The world is your oyster, which doesnt make the decision any easier .....

I had a good day today, but wow looking at the food diary i had loads of fruit - You never know how much your actually eating until you write it down lol

Green day:

Breakfast: Puffed Wheat Cereal (HEB) with Semi skimmed milk (HEA)

Lunch: Chickpea Dahl with a wholemeal pitta bread (HEB)

Dinner: Quorn sausages, Mash, fried mushrooms and onion gravy

Snacks:
Kiwi fruit, 3 x Orange, 2 x Pear, Apple, Sharon fruit, 2 slices Melon, Tea x 3 (Part HEA), Fat Free Shape yogurt

Syns:
Adsa Bannoffee Bar (4 syns)
Curly Wurly (6.5 syns)

Exercise: 10 mins on the stepper and a walk to Asda with Smartie (30 mins each way)

Nope its syn free, i made it from *Honey's recipe - Its just Onions, a stock cube and boiled water :)
