Hmmmm - not really - didn't weigh in yesterday as I couldn't face yet another week of gaining weight!! Trousers barely fit me - so restarted again today - its sooo damn hard!!
But so far so good - been 100% and am going to Zumba tonite too!!

Well done on getting back on track Kwise :)

I know it's only been 1 day since weigh in but I'm super motivated this week...I think it's because I've finally found a way to incorporate brown bread in to my diet that doesn't make me want to vomit and that gets my other HE in as well- cheese and ham toasties at lunch. So easy to make, which is my main issue as the last thing I want to do when I'm getting up from work/coming in from work the previous day is to fuss over lunch :) Having it again tomorrow and of course having some superfree too :) Apple and banana today but it shall be some grapes tomorrow :)

Keeping to plan but I'm saving my shred sessions for end of week rather then start. Just had a real idiot moment. Can't think wat to have for tea so thought poached eggs on toast...then thought its not going to fill me so I could have scrambled eggs with it as i think I've got some eggs....doh! Lol

Still motivated food wise but I just wish I could see some more difference when I scale hop...just to give me a wee boost :)
I know it sounds counter productive but if I have a 2lb loss this week I'm going to have a treat of a chinese on Sunday night (chicken curry and fried rice for 15.5 syns). I want to do it at the start of the week so I have time to counter the over synning on Sunday throughout the week.

I did a similar thing on Sunday night. The best thing to do is remember how bad you feel! Tummy ache, sick, indigestion the next day! Helps me to stop binging because I don't want to feel so horrible!
 
There must be something in the air this week. I have been craving sweet foods and can't seem to get enough to eat in the evenings. I need to lose 1 1/2 lbs this week to get my two stone target. I feel as if I am on. Sabotage mission. What is going on in my head??

Sunday was blow out day - celebrations BIG style but have been super saintly since and am hoping for good week.

I'm doing ok since my ridiculous binge on Sunday - I completely agree with PinkToaster, I have to remember how s**t I felt after the blow out and keep it in mind (but then that doesn't work with hangovers!!)

Still shredding too, can't believe I've lasted 18 days.

I'm in the grips of *week though so am feeling down, fat and blobby - it'll pass soon enough....I'll keep taking the tablets!

Hang in there everyone, it'll be Sunday before we know it :D
 
On plan and I turned down takeaway and I'm drinking my green tea. But again I have that feeling weigh in is going to disapoint me. I bloody hope not cuz I put a 1lb on last week and I was on plan....think I've hit a wall.

Are you eating the same things most of the time? I find if I mix it up, put in the effort and try different recipes, it can get me moving again.

Sometimes it's just your body's natural cycle - stay with it and it has to show eventually!
 
Yeah I switch food about a lot and I have lots of snacks of fruit throughout the day to get my body going. I weighed myself and the 1lb has gone so at least I'm not gaining. Think my body might just be used to sw lol been doing it on n off for over 6 years. I'll keep going till sunday then I might go onto green days to get a boost.
 
Just watched hairy bikers and it gave me a craving for chocolate, went for a bath and OH bought me up a cup of hot choc.....isn't he nice......didn't tell him how gutted I was that he'd done me a white hot choc and not a milk choc 1....or that I can tell its got loads more powder in then it should have so its more syns lol I'm so ungratefull lol
 
It was a car show and it was cold lol didn't stay long.managed to keep away from the MAC donalds breakfast and the burger vans. I'm off work now till wed so I'm going to do my shred, also did my own sw friendly Chinese takeaway.only syn was the weightwatchers sweet n sour sauce, 3syns for my portion.......which I didn't eat as it was vile! Lol just got back from walking the puppy so ready to chill n watch war horse
 
I'll be weighing in early this week due to commitments over the weekend but will still be logging it in the Sunday diary. I'm actually getting weighed tomorrow and i'm not feeling confident at all. I ate 40.5 syns yesterday, i had 90 left anyway however i've never eaten that many in one day! I feel quite bloated and i'm convinced i've either STS or gained. Sigh, if i could just get 1 pound off i would have my half stone award. Fingers crossed.....

You'd be amazed at what people manage to eat and still lose weight. I also find it can take a few days for the effects to appear on the scales so if you lose or stay the same, watch out next week! Good luck.
