Super speed foods

So....size does count!

I was told, by a nutritionalist, that whatever fruit or veg it is a portion is the amount you can fit in you hand! So it varies from person to person and the size of them! Makes sense really, but i couldn't get 10 strawberries in my hand! My mouth maybe, hehe :)
 
I had a whole tub full of strawberries today - I worked out it was about 3 portions!

Thanks for the rep Bumpy! I had 2 green squares at the beginning of the week, but I've lost them now- don't know what's happened there! :(

Have you tried red grapefruits? They are about 35p each from Tesco and me and my daughter have one every morning (even before I started SW strangely). They are much sweeter than normal grapefruit but not sweet like and orange- worth a try - I like em.
 
I often have hot water with squeezed lemon wedges and sweetener - ss, also strawberries are ss
And I have a lot of red days so my other ss favourites are cockles & canned crab
