I was told, by a nutritionalist, that whatever fruit or veg it is a portion is the amount you can fit in you hand! So it varies from person to person and the size of them! Makes sense really, but i couldn't get 10 strawberries in my hand! My mouth maybe, hehe
will go for superfoods where i can, but nadda way that i'm going near a grapefruit, let alone eating one. trying to get my head rounds what to fit in to a day... ladies you are all impressing me with your committment, well done folks!
Have you tried red grapefruits? They are about 35p each from Tesco and me and my daughter have one every morning (even before I started SW strangely). They are much sweeter than normal grapefruit but not sweet like and orange- worth a try - I like em.
I often have hot water with squeezed lemon wedges and sweetener - ss, also strawberries are ss
And I have a lot of red days so my other ss favourites are cockles & canned crab
