I made this last night and it was gorgeous! (sorry, no pics!)
Throw the following into a pan sprayed with frylight:
Spread Quorn mixture into lasagne or large dish. Top with squash mash and sprinkle with Parmesan (taken from your HEX A or B) and freshly ground black pepper.
Pop under the grill for about 10 mins or until golden.
Throw the following into a pan sprayed with frylight:
- red onion, chopped
- pepper (any colour), chopped
- mushrooms, chopped
- carrot, chopped
- celery, chopped
- courgette, chopped
- 1/2 red chili, chopped
- packet of Quorn mince
- tin of tomatoes with garlic
- a few splashes of creamed tomatoes (about 1/2 carton) or passata
- palmful of dried oregano, fennel seeds & dried marjoram
- good sprinkling of garlic salt & pepper
- few shakes of dried red chilli flakes
- good few glugs of worcester sauce
