These are so tasty - pre cooked, can be eaten for lunch at work or hot with veg and potatoes for tea... Yummy!!!

Hope this gets updated soon Im lovin this thread:)

Yummy!

I got some tomato and basil fresh chicken breast stuffed with Pork and Veg from M&S and it was only 1 1/2 syns per breast, it's yummy.....:p

Tesco tinned stewing steak is nice - had it with mash and veg but expect it would be really nice with some veg mixed in and mash on top, bit like a cottage pie.

It's free on Original and EE but quite pricy - £2.19 a can which serves 2.

I've also tried Asda tinned chickpea dahl - really good for a quick work lunch to zap in the microwave with leftover rice from night before - yum

Asda's Chicken in Tomato & Basil sauce in the chiller section - they're 2 packs for £5 and you get 2 chicken breasts in each and they're FREE on EE & Red days - they're gorgeous - had them last night with potatoes, cauli, broccoli and carrots!! They freeze well also x

Choc & Fudge Alpen bars are deeeelicious!!!! :D

I love Waitrose Lamb in a Balsamic and Mint crust - £5.99 for two but Free on EE!!!!

Taste sensation. x
Anyone know if this is free on a red/original day?
xx

3 on all plans! I asked the same yesterday! x

Tinned ham

Sainsbury's less than 3% lean ham in a pear shaped tin (£1.99) for a big tin. Free on EE, and if you add a tin of new potatoes, you can make a fab storecupboard frittata, chopped up ham, eggs, potatoes and any veg you want to throw in.

PS I bought a sheet of silicone paper from Kleeneze (£5) which I cut to fit my large flat bottomed frying pan - so no fat at all needed.;)
