Wow !!! Thanks for the Iceland info. We have an Iceland in our village and I shop there about once a fortnight. It is quite a bit more expensive than in the U.K. naturally cos they have to bring it a lot of miles, rate of exchange blah, blah.

I am about to print it off and will take is with me on Thursday. Whoops thats tomorrow.

Mini Twister Chocolate - 2 syns each! they are DELISH! definately worth a purchase spesh in the nice weather!

does anyone know where to get 0% fat cottage cheese in the UK? I've tried Lidl, Tesco's and Waistrose with no luck!
Thanks
~ Emmajay

It may not be marked as fat free - possible virtually fat free, etc.

Syn free cottage cheeses:

Tesco Light choices, natural or onion & chive flavours
Tesco Healthy Living Bio cottage cheese
Tesco Organic cottage cheese
Tesco Value cottage cheese
Lidl, Linessa Natural Cottage cheese, light
Waitrose, Perfectly balanced cottage cheese, low fat or with onion & chives
Sainsbury's BGTY cottage cheese with onion & chive or natural

Hope that helps you a bit....

I know that everyone has tried the Muller Light yoghurts but today I put the vanilla and choc sprinkles one into he freezer for a few hours and it came out like expensive ice cream - took longer to eat as well!

Wow definitely trying that one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My partner sits there with Ben and Jerry's Icecream every night its torture!! He's so slim and can eat whatever he wants without putting on weight grrrrr. Least if this Mullerlight thing works I can eat "Icecream" with him lol x
