superspeed extra easy recipes wanted please

You can blend it if you want but I leave it as is. It will break down quite a bit while its simmering. It's seriously yummy but looks manky!

Also subscribing! :) x

Some crazy but gorgeous looking food on here :)

was it really good? i have to say i am very afraid of tinned vegetables, i need you to give me some confidence! I make my speed soup in the slow manner with real carrots as i cannot get my head around the tinned version. having said that anything with beans and a pickled onion is just wrong:D

Glad it's not just me - the idea of tinned carrots just sounds wrong, but I'm prepared to give anything a go if it means a better loss!

Mushy Pea Curry!

Sounds awful but promise its actually pretty good.

Tin of beans
Tin Of Mushy Peas
Tin of tomatoes
Curry powder (as much as you wish)

Bung together and you have curry.

Flake in fish to make more substancial and also more speedy.

Give it a bash!

Malibu x

curry is one of my favourite things to eat....defiantly going to give this a go!
Thanks for sharing x

Oh my, I'll have to try the mushy peas curry then! sound gross tbh x

I make cauliflower/mushroom rice to have with curry to keep the superspeed thing going! Put half a cauliflower head in a food processor and blitz until it's rice size! Spray a pan with frylight, crush some garlic and add sliced mushrooms, pour in the rice and fry for about 5 minutes. Great with food with lots of sauce, as it gives a rice texture and is filling.

Does it taste of cauliflower? I'm not so keen but would like to try

I love this soup. I add a dash of Worcester sauce and blend well. Lovely.

I just can't understand why none of th b g is S's. Sure most veg is lower calories than all those high fructose fruits. I just don't get that!!
