Superspeed soup

I came across the tomato soup recipe and it looks lovely but I saw you need to blend the ingredients together.... I don't have a blender.... would I still be able to make it somehow? thanks in advance x

I never bother blending soups, I prefer them chunky, otherwise they just dont fill me up, they go straight through me. Its more like drinking a veg smoothie than eating

Depends how you like them I guess If you think they're a bit too watery you can always add a bit of potato and mush it down at the end to thicken them up. Or some people chuck a tablespoon or so of Smash in for the same effect

Made this today had no carrots or pickled onions so added chopped red onion and some worcestershire sauce .....was still deeeeeelish
