suplements after CD?

Given that CD is chocka of the vitamins and minerals we need to be healthy, what are you planning to do regarding these when you work up the plans and reduce the number od CD products? Is there/are there any supplements as complete that we can take after out CD journey to keep up the essential vits and minerals?

Aside from losing 2.5stones so far (which is the main benefit of CD to me) I have also remained imunue to the colds, flues and viruses which have been surrounding me this winter. I work in a school and am sneezed, coughed and snotted upon pretty much daily (mmm lovely :yuk: ), yet haven’t caught a single thing (whoop). I want to remain this healthy after CD, but am worried that normal multivits won’t be as effective. I obviously don’t want to keep forking out a fortune for CD products after the end of my journey cos I can’t afford to really, and it seems like overkill too. I have always taken a multivit, which hasn’t really had such a great effect regading winter bugs and viuses as the CD stuff.

So what do you plan to do to keep up the vit&mineral intake?

I'll be taking a vit for women trying to get pregnant so that will cover a lot of things

But I also hope my new diet will provide me with all the nutrients KFC could never provide me
