Feeling good except for had to go to an emergency appointment at the dentist because I had really bad toothache all day yesterday that go worse today!

That stung me £100 lol

I think he injected me too high aswell because the whole right side of my nose is numb and when i flare my nostrills only the left side moves haha!!

Nah! had too much to do, and Ive still got some shakes left because i forgot to take the quite a few times this week so just going to go on wednesday

Yeah, to say I'm chuffed is an understatement!

I'm flying early friday, so hoping to get a quick weigh-in thursday morning so I can see exactly how I get on during the hols, or maybe, I'll give that one a miss and just do it on the monday as I get back, then it will be like three weeks on food without a weigh-in, which should give interesting results.
