As a new member, I seem to keep making mistakes! For example, I have been having special k breaks as one of my syns at 5.5 syns a pack...discovered I could have been having a yummy kitkat for the same syns!
So what hints can you give me for maximising my syns? What snacks are surprisingly high/low in syns?
