Morning all.
I'm coming over from Atkins. I'm in the gym a lot lately and am finding that i need to include healthy carbs to be able to do the best i can in the gym. Not really looking to lose weight fast as i'm happy enough at the moment. I will re evaluate this at the beginning of april.

1.5lb loss. Wahoo. Delighted with that, had all weeklys (on alcohol) but stayed 100% on track . Have not been able to update diary all weekend as my lap top is not here :(
I'll just start it again as of today on my phone.

Such a disaster yesterday, i prob ate enough points for a week. Low carb for this week to get back in the zone :) I hope wi will still be good.

The stuff in a can lol. Just pieces of meat and gravy, it's so fab. I've loved it since i was a child. You can get it in lidl as well as the major supermarkets. It's 4pp for half a tin and 8pp for a full one. It is sooooo filling.
