Yeah its not easy is it? I have a weekend away next weekend, then a birthday night out the weekend after, then a hen party the weekend after, then i'm going to a music festive the next weekend, then its my birthday after that. I try and make good choices but there is only so much vodka and diet mixer I can drink (i actually hate diet juice) then before I know it i'm on cocktails and shots then it doesn't matter what I eat after that cos i've buggered it up anyways.

Think i'm not going to be too hard on myself untill after my birthday, that way I still have 3.5 months to lose some more weight before going on holiday in September.

I know we CAN do it though, but you're right we shouldn't become recluses!

Breakfast:
- 2 egg omlette, mushrooms, beans & 1tbsp tom sauce (1syn)
- Tea with 1.5 sugars (1.5 syns)

Lunch:
-Carrot sticks, ham, sweet & spicy mugshot, mullerlight greek yoghurt (0.5 syns)

Dinner:
-
Had sweet chilli noodles (1syn) with chicken breast that was griddled, side side, 1 sachet of tom sauce (1syn) 1 sachet of mayo (3 syns??) and about 10 chips (10 syns)

-Snacks:
-
apple, banana, velvet crunch (4syns)

Healthy Extra A: 250 SS Milk
Healthy Extra B: 1 hifi light bar & ????

Daily Syns used: 20 / 15
Weekly Syns used: 20/105

So yesterday wasn't too bad, still can't seem to get back on track though. Keep sabotaging myself and thinking about all the lovely food I can have! I think Weatherspoons went alright, had mayo on my salad and about 10/15 chips but sometimes you can't refuse!

Mince & tatties (minus the mash for me) with brocolli & green beans

2 oranges, grapes, apple, banana, greek muller (0.5 syn) & Velvet Crunch (4syns)

250 SS Milk
Healthy Extra B: 1 hifi light bar & ????

Daily Syns used: 9 / 15 so far.

grapes & 2 plums
