Oh I put on 1lb on Wednesday, was kind of expected really. Shame though! Forgot to post yesterady but food was fine.

Been an awfull weekend, just ate crap, white thick bread, plenty of butter and plenty of chocolate. I feel so rubbish!meant to get back on plan this morning but today I've had.

Right i'm done wallowing in my own self pity! Whats done is done & I can't change it but I can change things from now on. So...... Going to weigh in tomorrow and i'm very well expecting about a 2/3lb gain. At least it will give me the boost I need to stay focussed.

So weigh in tonight, i'm unable to stay to Image Therapy as there is a new Zumba class starting I want to attend. Will go get weighed at 530 & straight to Zumba at 6pm. I'm rather worried about the weigh in but as long as I don't gain more than 3lbs i'll be happy!

Woooo hooo I maintened last night, I'm so so so happy! It has given me the boost to stay 100% from now on. Although i'm away this weekend and think it will be out for dinners etc but will defo make the best choices!

Yesterday was quite bad, ended up using oil when cooking my stir fry, sometimes frylite just doesn't cut it! used just over a tbsp i think so defo over my syns :(

Not much to say today, been on plan so far although had a mega craving for chocolate earlier but luckily i had my hifi light bar.

Back on track today. It feels good! Was hopiong to go swimming after work but i'm quite knackered, not ruling it out yet though.

So decided to have stir fry for tea last night, had some rice, chicken, peppers, onions, with carrots, sweetcorn and brocolli. Cooked with soy sauce, garlic, chilli, 5 spice, ginger and 1 tsp honey. I think one tsp honey is 3syns so that puts me at 7 for yesterday.

Weigh in tonight, really not sure what its gonna be like, nothing on the next 2 weekends though so will be able to stick to plan no problem.

Seriously annoyed with myself, partner came in with a curry last night and I had about 20 chips, some chicken and balti sauce, i just couldn't resist, i've put down my whole days syns for it yesterday but I'm counting my syns weekly so still got plenty left to play with :D

At least you can cover with your syns, it's hard to resist when it's in your face like that. Boyf bought a 2 pack of choc eclairs last night, was so mad!! Made him eat them both :) x
 
Hello Shezam. Your diary looks great some really nice meals here i might have to pinch a few ideas lol!! You seem to be flying with the weight loss now 2lb was great last week. I seen u had booked to go to sunny beach. Have u been before?? I was there about 4 years ago we all loved it. Hope weigh in goes well for on wednesday. That is a gd day in the week to wi on at least u can try and pull back the damage u do at the weekend. My weigh in day is Monday so no hiding from the weekend damage lol :D

Hello bubblensqueak! Thanks for dropping by! pinch whatever recipe you want. I'm always trying to find new ones! Nope never been to Sunny Beach before, infact haven't been abroad for about 10 years! I actaully can't wait but September seems to far away! Yeah Wednesday Weigh In is good, hoping I can pull it back but i've been pretty good the rest of the weekend.
