Hey all,

Been stuck in a bit of a rut lately and I thought what better way to get out & give myself some motivation than to start a food diary. I did have another one but it fell by the wayside.

Anyways, started SW EE start of January, love love love it! So proud to have lost a stone in 8 weeks. Unfortunately the last few weeks have gone the same, on plan Mon-Fri, eating & drinking what I want Sat & Sun, then having no syns to make up for it & WI on Wed. I have been very very lucky to have lost a steady 2.5lbs on the weeks that I have done this apart from last week. Where I put on 1lb. I know I need to get out of this mindset & considering I can't make WI in tonight I'm going to start fresh today. I need to learn to use my syns because for the last 3 weeks I've basically been eatin syn free meals during the week.

Anyways, would like to thank people in advance for any pointers in my food etc. Would be lovely to hear from you all!

Wednesday 14th March

Yay! Its Friday, favourite day of the week, when I was younger I used to go out on the razz on a Friday, now I just go home & chill out! must resist takeaway! lol

yesterday was alright food wise, stuck to it but didn't have any salad with my chilli just rice, altough it did have 1/3rd SF in the sauce. Had a little cheese on top, didn't weigh it but putting down 4 syns for it so I have still come under my daily allowance.

Weigh in tonight. Not too sure what to expect, have been good apart from the slip up on Sunday but hopefully I have made up for that in minimising my syns & eating plenty of SF.

What an awfull weekend, just really didn't care and carried on eating what a wanted up untill yesterday. I think its because i'm on holiday from work so don't have much stability. Its weigh in tonight, I will be happy with a 2lb gain because its what I deserve! Oh well right back on it today so hoping for a good loss next week.

Glad to be back at work today, weird I know but after having a week off I do feel like i'm a bit out of sorts. Ate so much for my tea last night i'm still a bit stuffed! Wasn't really good foods either, anyways, hopefully I make up for it between now & Wednesday. Going for a swim after work, been 3 or 4 times lately and only manage 20 lengths, going to try for 25 tonight, then up it everytime!

Also an hour kettlebells tonight so hopefully I'll be able to pull it back by Wednesday night weigh in.

Weather here is horrible, totally hating it because I usually go for a 25 min speed walk at lunchtime but i've not been able to get out!
WI tomorrow, not expecting much as I ate & drank alot of horribleness at the weekend. I'll be happy with a 1lb gain.
