Extra Easy SW - 128 Days to be bikini ready!

So I've really kind of stopped writing everything down and that's not a good thing either cuz now I'm eating whatever with no idea what the syn value is. So I'm starting again today, need to get back on track.

Haha yes remotely near plan would be an improvement most weekends!

Yesterday descended into chaos, but it was gooood.....

Who knows how many syns were there in the end! Definitely too many that's a fact!
 
Oh it was brilliant lol but very un-SW Friendly!! Yesterday was a bit rubbish in the evening too, but I'm getting back on it today, sick of my Moomin belly :(

(So far 7 1/2 so good!)
Approx 6 chocolate digestives (24 syns)
1 small (about an inch square) caramel shortbread (syns unknown as no dietary info on pack)
1 small (as above) rice krispie cake square (syns as above)

So, total = definitely 31 1/2 and then some more....
 
I feel your pain, I'm an evening snacker! I end up taking myself off to bed so I don't keep eating.

Where do you get heck sausages from?
 
I just had a nap and woke up feeling hungry... Going to raid the cupboard now!

We get the heck sausages from Asda, they're about £2.50 for 10 chicken ones so we use them two days in a row in different recipes.
 
Haha, I had a Hartley's Sugar Free Jelly (0.5 syn) so all good. However I also had a J20 last night which I think has a ridiculous syn value and may have put me over for the day :( I shall let you know in a bit when I've added it all up...

J20 (8 syns)


Total = 14.5 syns

So just about kept within the limkit, but I think I need to lower them to start losing weight so really want to aim for 10 syns a day, so am over :(
 
I know! It's ridiculous, I could have had a chocolate bar for less! A Ripple is 9 and I actually prefer eating chocolate to drinking j20! But I never know what to drink when we're out cuz I don't like fizzy things so I'm limited to fruit juice and J2o :(

Hi, here to follow. You sound just like me - I completely fail at weekends :(. I've had a few months without really tracking properly, but I need to get back on it and I've started writing everything down too - warts n all!

Hi Sarah :) Yeah weekends just get away from me every time! I'm like a 5:2 Slimming Worlder! However, I lost 2lb when I weighed in on Sunday morning, so really really pleased! Some sort of miracle, but I'll take it!
