**SW ANGELS** Fit for February Challenge!! STARTS SUNDAY 1ST FEB-28TH FEB

1lb for me this week not happy as not doing too well ill I loose is 1lb or stay the same been making good choices even went for Chinese at weekend and han non off the snack foods no rice as it looked fried and only had one plate no alcohol since Friday so im fed up :confused:
 
mummy sweetheart i can understand how you are feeling, but 1lb is still a good loss mate!

do you go to class or do you weigh in at home if you go to class contact your consultant and she'll go through what you are eating etc

hi i trundled down to my weigh in yesterday lunchtime and the venue was closed due to the snow! london was hit hard ay! so i guess i wont have weigh in this week as there is no where else i can get to. in worried i will do bad this week as work put us up in a hotel monday night and we went out for dinner on the company, lots of pasta and wine im afraid yikes!!! come on ames back on track this week :)
 
I am a body optomise member nannydi so don't have a consultant I do have a diary in the weight loss diary bit ,if you want to take a look it is totm but not beginning so shouldn't really be water retention that tends to be before :sigh:

Aargh, wish I had wi last week now and then i might have reigned myself in a bit. 4lb on this week. I'm now officially back to square 1 having gained back all the weight I had lost. Ignore my ticker, it's a big fat lie!!

Hi

I started Slimming World today. I weighed myself this morning and I have stayed the same since end of January. What do I need to do? Should I just weigh myself tommorrow?
