Hi all,

Sorry I havent been on, have moved house and there is no phone line here, so I have got a dongle at the moment while the phone line is being sorted.

my weightloss last week was 4lbs, this week it was 2.5lbs, and i managed to get slimmer of the week.

Hi Di, I see you have done your list up to date, well almost, you didn't put me down for a 5 pound loss in the 2nd week, there is a message on here last Sunday.
 
the goal is done on a monthly basis hun, we don't say how much we want to lose per week,
i have removed the goals at the mo cos i want to make sure that i have everyones correct

well had a bad weekend so starting fresh Monday I will weigh in a week tomorrow its just needed:sigh: so thats it for me now will miss a wi wont I
 
i sts again... tbh im writing this mth off - college etc been hard .... heres to march wi!
 
0.5lbs off this week for me, not great as I stuck to the plan 100% but TOTM is looming, and I did lose the 7lbs I wanted so can't complain ;)
 
I have weighed in today 2 days early as I'm going away today until Sat so won't be able to weigh in Sat morning this week, but have lost 2lbs this week, making a total of 10lbs in Feb, thrashed my target!!!!! very happy!!!!
