Hiya everyone

First of all apologies if I've posted this in the wrong place, I was just interested to know if there was a group on here for people who don't attend class and do SW solely from home and using the Internet pages, ie Facebook, minimimms etc .....

Hiya, if you have a look in the "weekly weigh in" sub forum, there are lots of weigh in threads on there - including weigh ins from home.

Not sure if there's a group for going it alone but so many on here do and we all support each other whether we go to group or not.
