Hello, i'm due to join SW this evening, i tried it once before but i felt a bit bloated with all the carbs and gave up, i really didn't give it a chance so i'm here to try again.
Today is day 1
Breakfast 0% Fat Green Total yoghurt, mixed fresh berries and a crumbled Alpen Light bar (half of HEXB)
Snack Other Alpen light Bar (Half of HEXB)
Lunch Bubble and squeak (just potatoes and cabbage) with 2 frylight fried eggs and a Desert spoon of Ketchup (1 Syn)
Lots of peppermint tea
