sw diet and pregnant

Hi Everyone,
I'm 8weeks pregnant and my midwife has told me i can still do the sw diet. i can't afford to return to class so was wondering if anyone knew if the diet was any different fir pregnant ladies?? am i allowed more HE for example. i plan to start tomorrow on the extra easy really just to try and maintain but any loss however little would be good. any advice or tips are greatly welcomed.

Until recently you did not get any more HEs but this is changed. As said details are in the pregnancy thread further up the board.
