SW Food Diary - am I doing this right???

Hi,

I am doing SW EE at home (first week) and just needed a bit of guidance as to where if I was going wrong if at all.

So for my healthy extras I had 350ml of skimmed milk and 40g All Bran

Then for lunch I had a WW quiche (trying to use up all the remaining stuff in the fridge/freezer!) with I think a syn value of 13, Cherry Tomatoes, Kiwi and Clementines

Then I made some Superspeed Tomato soup to fill any gaps and to freeze, then for dinner had steak (fat trimmed off), jacket potato (no butter), broccoli, carrots and Portobello mushrooms.

As snacks I had a few pieces of bacon, pickled onions and some raspberries

Was this right???
