SW rice pudding syns if any

Hi there Im on a green day today and was planning on making the rice pudding Ive had 2 HEXB today but I have a HEXA left so would the rice pudding be free today sorry maybe daft question not good brain function at times

I probably should have posted in syn forum sorry if it has to be moved

Yes it would be free if you use the milk as your HEA

There is a rice pudding receipe on the SW website which is 8 syns per portion. I just want to check which bits are synned so that I can cut them out if possible. The site just tells you the overall syns not which bits are the syns - but unhelpful really!

Water
Pudding Rice
Raspberries
Artificial Sweetner
Honey
I'm guessing the Honey is synned, and you cook the raspberries so they would need synning too??? So if I don't cook the raspberries, don't use honey, and use my HEA for the milk it would be syn free right?

Yep! Are the raspberries cooked or just served with the rice pudding?

They are cooked in the recipe - but it seems a bit if a waste of syns

I would just put the raspberries on top so that one is solved leave out the honey problem solved.
