Swapping my fruity snacks for veggie snacks :)

Just to see if it'll help. I plan on cutting up a loads of carrot sticks, cucumber, celery and cherry tomatoes and sticking them in the fridge so I can nibble whenever. How long will it keep? And does anyone have any other veg suggestions that I can prepare in advance?

i reckon if you keep them in a air tight box with some water they will keep fresher for longer
