Since I had made the Strawberry shake first I had
no way of measuring anymore so I
kinda winged it. Made it too watery doh
lol it didnt set, very sweet, very very sweet,
maybe too sweet for some tbh.
Deffo 1 for the sweet-toothers out there.
I'd make it properly next time and maybe
leave it in the fridge
and spoon the odd mouthful out thru the day etc.

Chelly says the meals are yummy, I can see why.

Much tastier imho, but that wont suit everyone.
I remember some people saying that CD didnt
work for them for that very reason so bear it in mind

I'm deffo getting them now 100%.

I have decided to start New You and just eat low carbs till then. I really can't manage LT anymore and my blood test results showed I am really lacking in vitamins because I can't keep it down. Can't wait to start New You x x
