I used to have a soup for dinner followed by a mousse every night but can't remember the last time I had this 
I tend to do porridge for brekkie, a tetra or a salad for lunch and a bar and porridge in the evening
I bought loads of tetras for going on holiday and decided to have a break and eat normally whilst away
