    This is my new Weight Watchers food diary. I have been a long time browser on this site-honestly you food diary posters have absorbed days of my time! And now I want to have my own food diary as I think it might help. Please feel free to comment as and when the spirit moves you! :heartpump:

    Milk for the day 2 pp
    Breakfast: 2 quorn sausages and an apple 3pp
    Snack: Banana and Strawberries
    Lunch: Tomato and Lentil soup, 2 slices of brown bread and butter portion 11pp
    Grapes
    2 extra light cheese triangles and a cuppa soup (tesco chinese noodle one) 3pp

    Dinner: New Covent garden veg soup 3pp
    Some pickles... (i know I know)

    A crunchie standard size 5 pps-and might I add that this is an exceptionally good waste of 5 points. Not even nearly worth it.

    Sitting on 28/29 pp

    Cheers Jemma, I am no stranger to the ways of weight watchers but I'm not getting any lighter. I keep panicking and changing the type of diet I'm on and then end up eating all the wrong things. I'm fully committing to the pp plan...hence the diary!

    Iv bin doing WW for 3 weeks now and have lost 15 pounds so really pleased with that!! And have been out two of those Weekends n stuffed my face at bbqs so wasn't expecting to loose so much!! X

    Lol thanx iv only been doing a diary the past week. Finding it fine so far it's just the weekends thy r hard wen I drink I want to eat lol x

    I think we have about the same amount of weight to loose-I find it quite hard when it's only 7-10lbs. My fat is stubborn-like the rest of me!

    Saturdays Eats
    Milk for the day 2pp
    B: 2 Choc weetabix 4pp
    L: Greek yog 0% mixed with little strawberry mullerlight and strawberries. 3pp
    Protein bar 6pp
    S: Banana
    Dinner: Burger no bun but had a bacon on it and 3 tblspns of mash, 15pp and green salad

    Mini Roll-3pp

    33 pp so 4 weeklys

    Sunday

    Milk for day 2pp
    B: 2 chocolate weetabix 4pp

    S: two clementines and bit of nougat 2pp

    D: breast of chicken, 1 lrg tblespn of mash with milk and butter! (I wasn't making it!) mixed veg, little bit of gravy made with water. 9pp
    Blackberry Crumble and tiny bit of vanilla ice cream 6pp

    Tea:2 bits of brown toast with jam and banana 5pp

    Mullerlight with fruit: 3pp
    piece of choc 2pp

    35pp so have used another 4 weeklys-leaving me with a grand total of 42 weeklys until fri

    B: nothing (Fasting until lunch)
    L: Veg soup 3pp wheaten bread 5pp
    Butter 2pp
    Walkers multipack bag of s&v 4pp
    cream cracker 1/2 a banana 1pp
    Snack:curly wurly and grapes and a malted milk 4pp
    Dinner:wheaten bread and cheese with a little butter. 13pp

    32pp/29 (3 more weeklies used)

    Had to have a tummy scan. But was all clear!!:D Seem to be making up for it now though!

    B:Soda Bread and 2 babybell light 8pp
    S: small handfull of grapes
    L:Soda Bread 4pp, butter 2pp, jam 1pp
    1/3 curly wurly and a nice biscuit 2pp
    dinner: mashed potato and 1 slice of bacon 9pp
    crunchie bar 5pp (need to cleanse my flat of the crunchie bars)

    Hot choc 1pp

    35pp, used another 6 weeklies. I don't usually use my weeklies on a daily basis like this, I typically save them for weekends...we'll have to seen what the scales say.

    35/29. daily
    18/49. weekly

    B: 35g Porridge 3pp and an apple
    S: Banana and a curly wurly 3pp
    Lunch: Cottage cheese and 2 rye crackers. 5pp
    An apple
    3 sqs of chocolate 3pp
    A banana

    There's a group on Facebook called something like 'looking in your fridge every hour hoping something new has appeared' it reminds me of me I always end up looking for stuff to eat and end up with crap!
