Hi

Can anybody give me some advice please?

I lost 5st on Lipotrim last year, but have put on 13lbs. Decided to get back on it, but after 6 days i'm really struggling and craving food.

I was thinking as i'm in Ketosis can I change to Atkins?

Any ideas much appreciated. I hav'nt got the book yet, but kinda get the idea of the diet. So fancy chicken and veggies for tea!!!

Hi Emma! I changed from LT to Atkins last September and it was a really really good thing for me. Yes you will stay in ketosis, but I would advise getting the book first or at least reading all the stickies up top here. It's been great - if I had it to do again I would never have done a VLCD at all, just stuck to Atkins induction rigidly - you can eat AND lose weight - unbelievable!

BTW, what did you do with all the bags of sugar you were stacking up to show your weight loss, when you finished LT? ;)

Emma, I have just done the same thing. It is so easy, but the transition needs to be strict. Be very careful to stick to atkins to the letter. It is working for me so far, I am on day 2.
