Ok, so the stubborn newbie is really confused.
My OH has asked for quiche to be on the menu next week, attempting to be prepared for the syns Ive been recipe hunting and found a SW (just don't tell the OH) crustless quiche that is free of syns . This got me thinking (dangerous times)....how can a recipe which includes cheese be syn free? If I ate a block of cheese i'd have to count it as syns but if I put it in a quiche it's syn free?
I just don't get it
MyticalT...is mystified!
