Extra Easy SYNS Maynards Sports Mix and Pink & White Wafers

Hi,

I've seen another thread for the above two but they were back in 2009 and 2010. One post in 2009 said the Sports Mix were 0.5 each and another in 2010 said 5 syns for 28g which then makes them around 0.75 each. Is there any update on them for 2016?

Also the pink & white wafers, are they still 2.5 syns?
