I cut them into tiny bits, the nibble them with coffee over the course of an afternoon

Normally I have no control with them so I only order a few!

Happy Sunday!

I have had such a productive day so far! Was babysitting last night so up über early with the kiddies today. Went to the gym, for a swim, cleaned the house, did some washing. Done done done!

So far had one strawberry shake and just devoured a dark choc truffa bar (omnomnom)

My other food will be:
Chicken (100g) and brocoli/cauliflower (200g) as I'm cooking a Sunday dinner for everyone (eek first major cooking for others since doing this!) an a chocolate shake.

Lush.

I need to stop avoiding porridge, and pack for my holiday :eek:

Re: re-feed can anyone rexxommend anything? How many cals/carbs in first few days? Probably going to attempt to from Thursday - which will give me 4 days before the cruise xx
 
You have been a busy busy girl LOL blimey, well done hun, ice been Mrs lazy since my ears been gammy!

Hope you had a good day... Mmmmm yums my favourite veggies :)

As for refeed I've built ny own, so can't really help hun. How ling are you away for?? I would gradually add things. Maybe post in the refeed section??

Slowly add dome carbs in, enjoy your break and back on it after. Don't worry, lots of ta had breaks along the way

Yeah it's a cruise. Just worried about gaining. Feeling so positive but most of all HEALTHY at the moment.

I wonder if you can increase calories (with protein/low fat dairy rtc) and still keep carbs lowish!! Hmmm.
 
Keeping carbs low would be ideal, would be much easier getting back on too.

I had my packs, protein and fruit on holiday came back with a decent loss

Enjoy yourself but do what feels best for you eating wise. If a complete break is best do that.. see how you feel

Soooo another day of S&S bites the dust.

I am loving my chicken salads omnomnom!

Am feeling SO happy at the moment! Don't know why, oh yeah wait!

1. 6 days until cruise!
2. Start date for my new job (day after I get back!)
3. Very snug BUT.....

I can't remeber!! Over 7lb, might of been 8/9! I had fruit, protein and a pack each evening

That dress is gorgeous hunny, well done :) can't wait till I can wear dresses after me op!!,

My phone is being a bugger, what's the carbs per bar hunny??
 
Per bar:

Choc : 12.9 (3.5 sugars)
Strawberry: 13.8 (4.5)
 
That's not too bad, assume they the snack bars not the meal replacement. Obviously cals need to be similar too

Make sure you take a multuvitamin if you do sub, be fine for a couple days Xx

Really wanted a curly wurly last night but didn't give in. Oh no.

On a more depressing note, scales haven't moved since Sunday. Eeeeek. Don't know why :-( even upped my water yesterday *confused*

Weigh day tomorrow and then I won't be weighing again until I'm back from my cruise! That way I feel I'll give myself some time (fri-mon and then mon-thurs) to loose a bit :) xx
