:D Hello Fellow Slimming Worlders!

Just thought this may be a useful 'quick glance, commit to memory' thread for people who are getting a take out or going to eat out. I am having a take away tomorrow night and as it is for a friends birthday I don't know what food we will be getting yet and so can't plan ahead what to choose or do a syn check. If people note down sensible choices which are either free foods or low syn values of a variety of take aways or restaurant meals for all to view and share I'm sure it will come in use at some point for us all!

I'm planning on small special fried rice at 9 syns per 380g (i think)!

Eat out,

Harvester Simply Chicken few syns for sauces
or Carvery Roast, days syns on roasters and gravy.

Take aways I now have on a monthly basis and have whatever I want for that meal, generally have less than I used to though and always add the 1/3 superfree if possible to my fat filled feast!
