Takeaways on EE

We are getting a takeaway tonight, so i have been looking in the book as to what would be wise choices.

A lamb rogan josh is listed as 6.5 syns on red, and boiled rice would be free on green-so onEE i could have the rogan josh and rice for 6.5 syns?

I am double checking cos it seems too good to be true,i must have it wrong

Hey hun, check again with the Rogan Josh syns. It should give an average portion weight. If your portion comes in at above that weight then divide the syns into 100g increments and add accordingly.

I have beef mushrooms from the chinese which is low syns, but my chinese place portion weighs twice what SW says an average portion is.

When I have foo yung i ask them to not cook it in any oil, but reserve 6 syns for it just in case, that way I know I'll never go wrong.
