If you didn't feel like cooking what would you order from a takeaway

I've ordered chicken tikka from my local curry house but found it tasted quite sweet

I was wondering if beef and bean sprouts from a Chinese takeaway would be ok as a treat once in a while

Tandoori chicken and salad - its grilled do gotta be better than anything in a sauce!

I usually (if have to) get a steak and salad, or a chicken kebab and not eat the bread.

I have a chicken kebab too and dont eat the bread (I never used to before I started the diet :/), I 'naughtily' ate one once thinking it was gonna be a gain the next day and I was 4lbs down! Sadly dont think that was the kebab.

Oh my goodness it had never occured to me that I could order chicken kebab meat with salad. No more feeling deprived after a night out when all my friends are tucking into chips and cheese / kebabs!

Its amazing because you feel like you're being naughty even though you aren't.
