I have a chicken kebab too and dont eat the bread (I never used to before I started the diet :/), I 'naughtily' ate one once thinking it was gonna be a gain the next day and I was 4lbs down! Sadly dont think that was the kebab.
Oh my goodness it had never occured to me that I could order chicken kebab meat with salad. No more feeling deprived after a night out when all my friends are tucking into chips and cheese / kebabs!
