Hi, what freefall and gamy are saying is so true! I tend to be ruled by the scales, so I focus on the number.. that's when I realize that I can fit in something because I may not have lost weight, but I lost inches!! Your body will work like mad trying to hold on to everything it can.... once it realizes it's no use, that you're sticking to your guns, it will let it all go
