Tandoori Salmon

    SW
    Im doing Extra Easy and have just shown great willpower at the curryhouse by just having boiled rice and tandoori salmon (marinated in spices, not yoghurt and then baked). Any ideas on the points?

    I take it you mean syns?
    I don't know how many but, if any, it wouldn't be very much. Salmon and boiled rice are both free foods and if it's baked then that's great too!
    Good choices I think and as low syn as you can get :)
