Evening all! Been to karate and kickboxing tonight, spoke to one of the Sempai's about my next grading and he thinks I am good enough to double grade again! The decision lies with the Senior Sensei and it all comes down to what happens on the day but it's nice to know that they think I am ready for the last belt before Black!

It is. Unfortunately I had some not so encouraging encounters from medical professionals today! I had to see our OH nurse today and she has advised me to get the horrendous 2 year surgery on my jaw to cure my TMJD. I was shocked that she advised that as it is horrific and long winded. I will think about it....

I also had physio this afternoon and they have told me that they can't cure my knees but they can try to help me manage the condition. She tested my full mobility and pulled a horrified face - not very encouraging! I am extremely hypermobile apparently

That's not good news Taz. You'll have to explore all possibilities and make sure you make the right decisions cos the decisions you make now will be with you for the rest of your life. Find out all there is to know and talk it over with others. Make sure you do what's right for you. x

Hi hun now you can call me crazy but I have to ask for my own sanity, lol. Have you even been to a themed bbq. Its just I was looking through a take a break from a few weeks ago and there was a piccy of some friends in it at a themed bbq and it is in Bristol too. I am convinced you are one of the friends.

The cheif instructor asked me yesterday if i had ever thought about becoming an instructor ( My academy do Certified Instructor Training).... OMG!!!! what a compliment.... lol i would be fine with all the talking and stuff but i am so not supple... ha ha can u imagine a teacher thats rubbish themselves at KB?!?!??!? LOL at the chrimbo party theyre having a raffle to win one of these training places free!! LOL x

It wasn't so much a session, I had 2 in the pub then another 2 when I got home! Lightweight or what?!

I have been to many bbq's! More notably, we had a bbq on a traffic island! What kind of theme? Can you find a link to the picture?
