Taz's diary - Need to do this!

We were hoping to but we can't afford it now

oh that's a bit poo! we can't really afford our holiday but we're going anyway! lol

it will be nice not having to get up for work for 2 weeks though. :D
 
I have only about 9 more days of lie ins.... than it's Ramadhan and i have to be up at Sunrise....
 
Right well it's Sunday and usually by now I have got on the scales and thought 'Oh no, they should NOT be saying that!' but this week since WI they have stayed the same! Which is good considering I have gone way over my Syns every day and had take away on Friday night! So now it is time to cut the Syns down and lose some weight for Wednesday's WI and get a little closer to that first mini goal!
 
These are my current mini goals:

1st goal: Get my 3 1/2 stone award back! 1lb to go
2nd goal: Get into the 13's, 4lb to go
3rd goal: Get my 4 stone award back! 8lb to go
4th goal: Get to 13st 7lb, 10.5lb to go.
 
I didn't realise how close my first one actually is! Hopefully I will get that done this week and hit the 2nd one in the next couple of weeks
 
Theoretically, if you behave yourself, you could get your 1st 2 mini goals in 2ish weeks.

Your mini goals are a good idea, gives you something to strive for rather than just the main end goal and stops you getting disheartened in the interim. I'm going to have a think and come up with some mini goals for me.

taz, those are gret mini goals. At the moment, I just want to get down to what I was when I stopped seeing my personal trainer...(6lbs to go) and then my immediately-pregnancy weight ( which is 1st-11lbs off) when my my pre-pre pregnancy weight which is (2st 11lbs) off. Once I get down to that...I will make new ones. It sush a shame. I managed to put on a whole stone in 2 weeks, when we went on a cruise holiday in the carribean....Later after the holiday I found that the drinks I was drinking (bushwakers- kalua, amaretto, bailey's, chocolate syrup and cream) through the day were 2200 cal. EACH!!! and I had 3-4 of them, plus food!! so no wonder I put on weight. hahahaha...oh well.

Yeah most people would smash both one and two in one week but I have a terribly slow loss rate and I tend to lose then put on then lose some more then put on again!

That doesn't surprise me, Baileys alone is very high in calories but add all the other stuff to it and it's practically a meal!
