I do the same hours for my 2 gradings put together but I have a couple of hours break in between so when it comes to doing black belt it will be like what I did today but without a break!

I have lots of work to do in 2009! Then I will have my kickboxing black belt to work for in 2010 then my 2nd Dan karate in 2011 and so on!

Funny thing is, I only took up karate cus my mate was doing it and she said it was good exercise. I never intended on moving off a white belt! My mate gave up over a year ago and I now train 5-6 hours a week for the 2 martial arts!
