Happy new year everyone! I went down to cornwall for new year as I have some family down there. It was a quiet one in a tiny cove and the wind was... well... windy! We had a buffet style munch out on Wednesday night with added chocolate and biscuits, fried breakfast yesterday morning and dinner out last night. No surprise really that I have come back 4.5lb heavier! I now have 10 holiday lbs to get rid of! Straight back on plan for me, that weight WILL come off

FOUR BINLINERS OF SHOES?? how can a person have that many? especially one that doesn't wear heels? hee. i thought i was a hoarder!! still. i have an unreasonable amount of hats and rainbow scarves so i can't talk...

well I was definately with 'special' people! Ha ha

Still not much movement on the scales. I am back on plan now so hopefully I will see them moving downwards soon. I am not looking forward to WI as I haven't been for 3 weeks and have gained 10lb but I only have to endure that once then I will see it going down again!

Thanks I think I need more than luck though! I know I have gained 10lb so I guess there will be no shocks. If it is any more than that then I will not be happy!

Well I hope to lose a couple of those 10lb before wednesday but I will just have to see how it goes. I just realised that I can't go to early WI on Wednesday as I can't get there so I will have to go to the later one if I can
