Taz's diary - Need to do this!

Hi Hun,

How's things... Just trying to catch up wid everyone!!!! Those squatters will soon be gone hun!! :) x

Have ya started back at training yet?

Nas x

Not yet, I've not been for 4 weeks and I am now probably VERY unfit! I am hoping to go back tomorrow night as it's kata class so it's not too bad. If that goes ok I will go to KB on Tuesday then karate again on Wednesday. Then I hope to go to KB again on Thursday. I think that should be enough for the first week back then maybe back to normal the week after

how is your knee doing these days honey? is that feeling better? is it your neck keeping you from your classes or a bit of both?

abz xx

Yeah my neck and head were stopping me from training but they are a lot better now. My knees have been a little better lately but that's cus I've been resting a lot. When I went out for new year my knee locked walking down a hill so I know the problem is still there, it's just dormant at the moment

Mr Taz is out playing golf today so that means I have the place to myself! Taking advantage of that, I have prepared myself a nice healthy lunch:

Chicken & pasta salad - Chicken, pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, carrots and pickled onions

Followed by half a melon filled with red and green grapes! Yummy

well that's a good thing. stopping when i was full was always a problem for me. still is actually. especially if it was healthy as i'd think it didn't matter since it was healthy stuff. good on you!!

Well the carrots onions and cucumbers have made sure I don't eat any more! They seem to give me a little pain if I eat too much of it!

Great food Taz - no wonder you got a little pain with all those pickled onions though. Glad you're feeling better - don't do too much too soon though cos you've had a rough time lately x

That looks scrummy hun, I love fruit, could eat mountains of it. The onions would give me heartburn though so take it steady!

As I wasn't feeling too good yesterday afternoon I didn't get round to eating the melon and grapes so I had that for breakfast! I have just done lunch, I made a fritatta. I used red pepper, red onion, cherry tomatoes, cheese and parsley. Added a side of cucumber, carrot and pickled onions. So here is today's food!
